Order statuses and errors
What processing, sent, confirmed, failed, not landed and uncertain mean on each app, when to wait, and why an uncertain order must never be resent.
Each in-app order moves through a few states before it settles. Most reach Confirmed in one to three seconds. The states exist so you know whether money left your wallet, and whether pressing the button again would buy twice.
The states

| Failed | The transaction was rejected on-chain, or the order was refused before it was sent |
| Not landed | The transaction never reached the chain. Nothing was spent |
| Uncertain | A transaction may have been sent and its result is not known yet |
On each app
- ⏳ Processing buy order: 0.1 SOL... while the order is built.
- ⏳ Transaction Sent! with the link, and 🔄 Confirming on-chain... underneath.
- The receipt replaces that message when the trade confirms.
- ❌ Trade Failed with the reason replaces it when the trade fails.
- A confirmation that takes too long answers Confirmation pending. Do not retry; check your history shortly. The trade may still have succeeded.
- Order processing…, then Transaction sent · awaiting confirmation., then Confirmed on-chain.
- ⚠️ Order failed. Refresh before trying again.
- ⚠️ Not landed: the network dropped this transaction. Nothing was spent. You can retry.
- Result unknown. New orders are blocked while this transaction is checked. Do not retry elsewhere.
- An order is already pending. Refresh to check its status.
- Sending the order…, Order received…, Sent, confirming on-chain…, then Confirmed, Failed or Not landed.
- Checking the order… when the reply to your order was lost; SpyBot keeps following that order instead of sending another.
- An uncertain order adds The outcome is being verified. Do not send it again. in amber.
When to wait
Wait for the status to settle before placing another order. The wallet runs one operation at a time, so a second press is refused while an order is open.
- A confirmation normally lands within a few seconds.
- An order with no transaction after 5 minutes is settled as Not landed.
- On the Web Terminal, an order whose request never reached SpyBot is settled as not received after about 20 seconds, with nothing sent.
- On the Web Terminal, SpyBot stops asking after 6 minutes; the order has settled in your history by then.
Never resend an uncertain order
Uncertain means a transaction may exist on-chain and SpyBot cannot read its result yet. Sending the order again can buy or sell twice, and selling twice can empty the position.
- Leave the order alone.
- Wait for the status to settle, or press refresh on the screen that holds it.
- Look for the signature link: a link means the transaction exists.
- Only place a new order once the first one reads Confirmed, Failed or Not landed.
Do not retry the same trade on another app either. The block is per wallet, not per app, and the second order would be refused or duplicated.
Common errors

| You don't own this token | Buy the token before selling, or check that the sell is not larger than the balance |
| Token has graduated from pump.fun | The token moved to a pool. Try again; SpyBot routes it through PumpSwap or Jupiter |
| No liquidity pool found | The token cannot be traded yet |
| Token is not tradable on Jupiter | The token has no route. Wait for liquidity |
| Another operation is pending | Wait for that order to settle, on any app |
| Authorize this device | The Web Terminal needs the browser authorized. See Authorize this device |
| Settings changed elsewhere | Your trading settings were edited on another app. Reopen the screen and try again |
| Web trading is temporarily disabled | Trading is paused on the server. Try later; nothing was sent |
